WFSAD will cover the following costs for those attending the event in Caracas under WFSAD sponsorship:

• economy-class air fare for a round-trip flight to Caracas
• related ground transportation (bus or taxi to airport, etc.)
• registration at the WPA/APAL conference
• up to a maximum of 5 nights hotel accommodation (we have reserved rooms for everyone at the Hotel Hilton)

Sponsored participants will be expected to pay for their meals and any incidental expenses (for example, telephone charges at the hotel). Whether our sponsorship is provided by advance payment or by reimbursement after the conference, we ask that you submit an expense claim to us by November 15 at the latest detailing your subsidized expenses. For this purpose, please use our standard expense claim form (click to view in PDF or Word), attaching supporting documentation (airline ticket, receipts, etc.)
